Warranty

RnD Infomark disclaims any warranties expressed or implied on goods or services listed on the service. Domain 4 net (RnD Infomark) DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Billing and Payment terms

Your credit card will be billed by Divyesh Patel(RnD Infomark) for the amount shown on your order form.
All transactions are non-refundable one-time domain registration fees. Renewals after the initial term will by billed at the same rate.
Failure to fulfill payment terms will result in the domain ownership to revert to Domain 4 net (RnD Infomark) and will incur a $75.00 transfer and collection fee.

Damages

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall Domain 4 net (RnD Infomark) be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if Domain 4 net (RnD Infomark) or a Domain 4 net (RnD Infomark) authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
