I am unable to send email
First check incoming email before sending outgoing email. This is a spam filter on all our servers. Once you check incoming email you will have about a 10 to 15 minute window where you can send email.

If you are using Outlook do the following:
Go to Tools > Accounts..> Mail (tab at the top of the new window > Double click on the email account you set up > Click on Servers (tab at the top of the new window) > put a check in the box that says "My server requires authentication.

If after you try all these and you are still unable to send email the most likely explanation is that your ISP is blocking you. Some ISP's block port 25 as a SPAM filter and only allow you to send email through their mail servers. This is especially true with any free ISP's Check with your ISP to find out if you are blocked. Web Mail is available in the Control Panel so that you can still send email.

What is is the URL to my Control Panel?
http://YourDomain.com/menu/

I can not log into Front Page anymore
The most likely cause of this is that you have changed your password. Even if you change the main cpanel/ftp password of your account, the Front Page password will still be the older password. Email info@rndinfo.com to change this. Include your username, domain name and that you want your Front Page password reset.

What file do I upload my web pages too?
Upload pages which you want visible on the web to the public_html directory. When you go to http://www.yourdomain.com it will show the files in public_html. The www dir in your accounts points to the public_html dir and is useful as a shorthand for paths.

Can I make a non-html come up as default
Yes, you can make say index.php3 come up as default. Make a file (or edit it if it already exists) called .ht access in your public_html directory. In it add a line like this:
Directory Index index.php3

The file index.php3 will now come up as the default file.

I already have a domain name. Do I still need to pay for web hosting ?
Hosting is a separate process and so you have to pay for hosting separately. It is possible to find free hosting company but then there are drawbacks to this. We would suggest free hosting only for personal sites.

Can I have my own server instead of using one that belongs to a web hosting company ?
Yes you can do that. However, maintaining a server is a lot of work. It is cheaper and definitely a less of hassle for you to just go with a web hosting company. If you have staff who have enough experience with web servers, then you can definitely look into this idea.

I already have a site, but am not benefiting from it. Can you do anything to help us?
Yes, we can. We can make your site credit card enabled, if it is not. We can optimize the graphics to make your site load faster and we can make promote your site to increase the traffic at your site.

Will you still be here in a few years?
Web Hosting companies are popping up and going out of business almost daily. Every time you turn around another merger has combined two companies while forgetting about the customers that got them where they are today. In what has become a true rarity among the major web hosts today, we have turned down the get rich quick merger offers and continue to be the envy of the industry by offering an unparalleled mix of services and prices. We continue to offer our valued customers the service they have come to depend on for many years to come.

Why should I consider your non-unlimited bandwidth account when I can get unlimited bandwidth elsewhere?
If you own a site that uses 10GB of bandwidth a month or more you already know the answer to this question. There is no such thing as "unlimited bandwidth." Many providers offer this because 99% of all their customers never get anywhere close to 10GB of bandwidth per month. If they do, they are politely asked to leave, or bandwidth shaping is implemented whereby a site has its bandwidth limited, making it very slow to its visitors.
Using the RnD Infomark "heavy bandwidth usage" plan will insure that your site is always being served from extremely powerful servers with absolutely no bandwidth limitations. You will be able to continue increasing your traffic flow which results in serious cash flow! If you need your site to be up and functioning at peak performance around the clock, don't risk jumping from provider to provider. Rely on the ultimate heavily trafficked solution from RnD Infomark Tech!

How can the prices be so low? Are we at risk of seeing our monthly price increase sometime in the future?
Most of our competitors are either publicly held corporations or answer to groups of investors who demand huge profits achievable only by overcharging for basic services. RnD Infomark Tech has always run as a private corporation funded by only specific investors who do not pressure us to turn an enormous profit. Our goal is to provide an amazing mix of features and services at affordable prices allowing anyone to take advantage of technology usually reserved for the elite.
We back our prices with an "Etched In Stone Price Guarantee." This means that for a period of no less than one year prices will not go up. We fully intend to continue renewing this pledge.

With all the hosting companies out there, how do I know your more for real than the next?
Although there are over 10,000 so called web hosting companies, only a small fraction of that number even operates their own servers! We are proud of our network of servers. It's also a good idea to check out the rewards and accolades given to hosting companies from 3rd party review sites. Even competing against the 10,000 other hosting companies out there, we are consistently ranked in the top 25 by some of the most prestigious reward sites........
